These bite-sized Ghost Mini Taco Pies are the perfect Halloween or game day appetizer! Featuring a savory taco filling wrapped in a crispy wonton wrapper and baked into a spooky ghost shape, these irresistible treats are sure to be a hit at your next gathering.
Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 package wonton wrappers
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil
– 2 tbsp water
– Decorative ghost eyes or other toppings (optional)
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. 2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
3. 3. Stir in the taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons of water. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is well combined and thickened.
4. 4. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin. Place a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, gently pressing it into the sides to form a little cup.
5. 5. Spoon a small amount of the taco meat mixture into each wonton cup, being careful not to overfill.
6. 6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the taco filling.
7. 7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.
8. 8. Carefully remove the ghost mini taco pies from the muffin tin and arrange on a serving plate.
9. 9. If desired, top the pies with decorative ghost eyes or other Halloween-themed toppings.

Notes
These ghost mini taco pies can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven before serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
