Description

These Glacier Blue Cheese Steak Bites are a quick and easy appetizer that packs a flavor punch. Tender steak is seared and then topped with creamy blue cheese and fresh herbs for a truly indulgent bite.

Ingredients

– 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 4 ounces crumbled Glacier blue cheese

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Season the steak cubes with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Working in batches if needed, sear the steak cubes for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned on the outside and cooked to your desired doneness.

4. Transfer the seared steak bites to a serving plate and top with the crumbled Glacier blue cheese.

5. Garnish with the chopped fresh parsley.

6. Serve immediately while the cheese is still warm and melty.

Notes

For best results, use a high-quality Glacier blue cheese. The steak can also be marinated in a mixture of olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and herbs before searing for extra flavor.
