Description

Indulge in a comforting and flavorful 30-minute Glacier White Pizza with Hot Honey & Pear. This easy-to-make vegetarian pizza features a creamy white sauce, sweet pear slices, and a drizzle of spicy-sweet hot honey for a delightful family-friendly meal.

Ingredients

– 1 pound all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon active dry yeast

– 1 cup warm water

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 2 cups creamy white sauce

– 2 pears, thinly sliced

– 1/4 cup hot honey

Instructions

– Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

– In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, water, olive oil, and salt. Knead the dough until it’s smooth and elastic.

– Roll or stretch the dough out into a large circle or rectangle and transfer it to a baking sheet.

– Spread the creamy white sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.

– Arrange the thinly sliced pears on top of the white sauce.

– Drizzle the hot honey over the pears, making sure to cover the entire pizza.

– Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the pears are slightly caramelized.

– Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!

Notes

For a crispier crust, you can prebake the dough for 5-7 minutes before adding the toppings. Feel free to experiment with different types of pears or add other toppings like caramelized onions or crumbled feta cheese.
