Ingredients
– 8 cups cubed bread
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 celery stalks, diced
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 teaspoon dried sage
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 cup chicken or turkey gravy
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, onion, celery, butter, parsley, sage, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
3. 3. Spoon the stuffing mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups, pressing it down gently.
4. 4. Use a small spoon to create a well in the center of each muffin, then fill the wells with the gravy.
5. 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and the gravy is bubbly.
