Ingredients
– 1 lb ground chicken
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tsp Greek seasoning
– 1 cup uncooked rice
– 1 cup diced cucumber
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/2 cup diced red onion
– 1 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
1. 1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
2. 2. Add the ground chicken and Greek seasoning. Cook, breaking up the chicken with a spatula, until it’s cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

Notes
