Description

Ingredients
– 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1 (2.8 oz) can crispy fried onions
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. – In a large bowl, combine the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
3. – Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish.
4. – Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the green beans are tender.
5. – Remove from oven and top with the crispy fried onions.
6. – Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown and crispy.
7. – Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier casserole, you can use 3/4 cup of milk instead of 1/2 cup. You can also add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
