Description

Ingredients

– 1 cup green olives, pitted and roughly chopped

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. In a food processor, combine the green olives, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, and black pepper. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.

2. 2. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

3. 3. Serve the Green Olive Dip chilled, with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables for dipping.

Notes

For a creamier dip, add an extra 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream. Garnish with additional chopped parsley or a drizzle of olive oil just before serving.
