Ingredients
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 avocados, diced
– 2 cups fresh corn kernels
– 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
– 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
– 2 tbsp lime juice
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

2. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocado, corn, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
