Ingredients
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
– 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
– 4 large tortilla wraps
Instructions
1. – Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
2. – In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. – Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are pink and opaque.
4. – In a large bowl, combine the grilled shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently to coat.
5. – Lay the tortilla wraps on a flat surface. Divide the shrimp-lettuce mixture evenly among the wraps.
6. – Fold the bottom of the wrap up, then fold in the sides and continue rolling tightly to enclose the filling.
7. – Serve the Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps immediately, or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
