Ingredients
– 1 lb ground turkey
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup orzo pasta
– 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 2 cups spinach, chopped
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp dried basil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled, 5-7 minutes.
