Description

Gummy Champagne Heart Jellies are a delightful and easy-to-make no-bake dessert that’s perfect for any occasion. Bursting with the fizzy flavor of real champagne, these heart-shaped jellies are a fun and festive treat that’s sure to impress.


Ingredients

– 1 cup champagne

– 3 packets unflavored gelatin

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– Heart-shaped silicone molds


Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, combine the champagne and gelatin. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to bloom the gelatin.

2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk continuously until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until completely dissolved.

4. Carefully pour the champagne mixture into the silicone heart-shaped molds, filling them about 3/4 full.

5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the jellies are fully set.

6. Carefully remove the jellies from the molds and enjoy!

Notes

– For a stronger champagne flavor, use a dry brut champagne.

– You can also use this recipe to make other fun shapes, like stars or circles.

– Store the gummy hearts in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
