Ingredients
– 1 cup lychee juice
– 1/4 cup rose water
– 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– Pinch of salt
– Edible rose petals for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the lychee juice, rose water, and gelatin powder. Allow the gelatin to bloom for 5 minutes.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk in the sugar and a pinch of salt until the sugar has completely dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lightly greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the jellies are firm.
5. Carefully remove the jellies from the molds or pan and arrange on a serving plate.
6. Garnish with edible rose petals, if desired.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
