Description

These Havarti Cranberry Turkey Sliders are a delightful and easy-to-make appetizer or mini sandwich. The combination of savory turkey, melty havarti cheese, and sweet cranberry sauce creates a mouthwatering flavor profile that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground turkey

– 1 cup cranberry sauce

– 8 oz havarti cheese, sliced

– 12 slider buns, split in half

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the seasonings are evenly distributed.

3. 3. Form the seasoned turkey mixture into 12 equal-sized patties.

4. 4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the turkey patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they’re nicely browned.

5. 5. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet, cut-side up. Top each bottom bun with a turkey patty, then a slice of havarti cheese.

6. 6. Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. 7. Remove the sliders from the oven and spread a generous amount of cranberry sauce on the top buns.

8. 8. Serve the Havarti Cranberry Turkey Sliders warm, with any additional cranberry sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a thin slice of apple or a sprinkle of fresh thyme to the sliders. You can also use different types of cheese, such as cheddar or swiss, if you prefer.
