Ingredients

– 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

– 1 tbsp honey

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. – In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well coated.

3. – Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

4. – Roast for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway, until tender and caramelized.

5. – Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra caramelization, broil the Brussels sprouts for 2-3 minutes at the end. You can also add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese or chopped toasted nuts for extra flavor.
