Description

Tender, juicy chicken coated in a delectable honey-butter sauce. This classic Honey Butter Chicken recipe is easy to make, packed with flavor, and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or special occasion.

Ingredients

– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1/4 cup honey

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey-butter sauce over the top, making sure to coat the chicken evenly.

4. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through.

5. Baste the chicken with the sauce halfway through the cooking time.

6. Serve the Honey Butter Chicken immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can marinate the chicken in the honey-butter sauce for 30 minutes to an hour before baking. You can also use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or drumsticks for this recipe.
