Ingredients

– 2 medium acorn squash, halved and seeds removed

– 3 tablespoons honey

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 4 ounces creamy goat cheese, crumbled

– 1/4 cup cranberry sauce


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. Place the acorn squash halves cut-side up on a baking sheet. Drizzle with honey and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
