Ingredients
– 12 large Medjool dates, pitted
– 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
– 2 tablespoons honey, plus more for drizzling
– 1/4 cup shelled, chopped pistachios
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. 1. Slice the dates lengthwise and carefully remove the pits.
2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the ricotta, 2 tablespoons of honey, chopped pistachios, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
3. 3. Using a small spoon or piping bag, fill each date half with the ricotta mixture.
