Description

Ingredients

– 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)

– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

– 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

– 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– Toppings: chopped nuts, dried fruit, fresh berries, coconut flakes, additional honey or maple syrup


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, stir together the rolled oats, almond milk, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and salt until well combined.

2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
