Step by Step Instructions
In a large bowl, pour the hot sauce and the butter and mix. Coat the chicken wings with the mixture of sauce.
Add 1 cup of water to your instant pot and place the steamer basket.
Place the chicken wings on the basket, cover the pot and set your instant pot on high pressure for 10 minutes (Fresh) or 15 minutes (Frozen).
