One of my favorite ways to cook the salmon is searing in a tangy lime and ginger caramel with some Asian sauce. Usually, I make this in an oven. But when I tried to cook it in my instant pot, I found it very quickly and beautiful with wonderfully tender. The thick center-cut fillets are the best cuts who cook beautifully in the instant pot.
