Ingredients
– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 4 oz diced jalapeños, drained (about 1/2 cup)
– 1 (8 count) package refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños until well combined.
3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place a heaping tablespoon of the jalapeño mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
4. Roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point. Place the filled rolls, seam-side down, onto the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
6. Serve the Jalapeño Popper Crescent Rolls warm, with ranch or marinara dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
For less heat, use only 2-3 oz of diced jalapeños. For extra spice, add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper to the filling. These rolls can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen until ready to bake.
