Ingredients
– 8 oz thinly sliced corned beef
– 4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
– 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
– 4 keto-friendly wraps or low-carb tortillas
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Lay the keto wraps or tortillas out on a clean surface.
3. Distribute the corned beef evenly on each wrap, leaving a 1-inch border.
4. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the corned beef.
5. Top the cheese with the drained and squeezed sauerkraut.
6. Carefully roll up the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
7. Place the rolled-up wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
