Ingredients

– 1 (3-4 lb) bone-in, skin-on turkey breast

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 lemon, zested and juiced

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– 1 tsp dried rosemary

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. 2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

3. 3. Place the turkey breast in a baking dish or on a rimmed baking sheet. Rub the marinade all over the turkey, making sure to coat the skin evenly.

4. 4. Roast the turkey for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Baste the turkey with the pan juices halfway through the cooking time.
