Description

Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta Bake Bombs are the ultimate comfort food mashup, combining the flavors of a juicy bacon cheeseburger with the coziness of a cheesy baked pasta dish. Seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar and mozzarella are baked to perfection for a decadent and indulgent meal.

Ingredients

– 12 oz elbow macaroni

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 onion, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. – Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

3. – In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled, 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

4. – Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.

5. – Season the beef mixture with salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir to combine.

6. – In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni, seasoned beef mixture, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon.

7. – Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and the remaining crumbled bacon.

8. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. – Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce or a dash of hot sauce to the beef mixture. You can also use different cheese blends, such as pepper jack or Colby-Jack. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
