Ingredients
– 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
– 1 English cucumber, halved and sliced
– 1 cup fresh blueberries
– 1 ripe avocado, diced
– 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
– 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, sliced cucumber, blueberries, and diced avocado.
2. Drizzle the lime juice over the salad and gently toss to combine.
3. Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the top and add a drizzle of honey (if using).
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
