– 12 large Medjool dates, pitted

– 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese

– 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, plus more for drizzling

– 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– Pinch of sea salt


Instructions

1. 1. In a small bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and the cinnamon. Stir until well blended.

2. 2. Carefully slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit. Stuff each date with a heaping teaspoon of the mascarpone mixture.

3. 3. Arrange the stuffed dates on a serving platter. Drizzle the tops with additional maple syrup.
