Ingredients
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup whole milk
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 2 tablespoons matcha powder
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
1. – In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.
2. – Remove from heat and stir in the matcha powder and vanilla extract until well combined.
3. – Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish and place in the freezer. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes until it reaches a soft, scoopable consistency, about 2-3 hours.
