Ingredients
– 6 ripe tomatoes, diced
– 1 white onion, finely chopped
– 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
– Juice of 2 limes
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. – In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, jalapeños, garlic, and cilantro.
2. – Squeeze in the lime juice and sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper.
3. – Stir gently to combine all the flavors.

Notes
For a spicier salsa, leave in the jalapeño seeds. For a milder version, use only 1 jalapeño. The salsa will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
