Ingredients

– 1 small round loaf of Italian bread, cut into 1-inch slices

– 1/2 cup olive salad

– 4 ounces thinly sliced salami

– 4 ounces thinly sliced ham

– 4 ounces thinly sliced provolone cheese

Instructions

1. Spread a thin layer of olive salad on one side of each bread slice.

2. Layer the salami, ham, and provolone cheese on the other side of the bread slices.

3. Close the sandwiches and cut each one in half to create mini muffuletta sandwiches.

4. Arrange the mini sandwiches on a serving platter and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use a high-quality olive salad. You can also customize the fillings to your liking, such as adding roasted red peppers or swapping out the meats.
