Description

These No-Bake Snowman Truffles are a delightful and easy-to-make holiday treat. With a creamy white chocolate center and a dusting of powdered sugar to resemble a snowy snowman, they’re perfect for Christmas parties, gifts, and holiday dessert platters.

Ingredients

– 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped

– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1/4 cup powdered sugar, plus more for dusting

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips

Instructions

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth.

2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Slowly add the melted white chocolate and mix until well combined.

3. Stir in the 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

4. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

5. Refrigerate the truffles for at least 1 hour to firm up.

6. Once chilled, roll the truffles in additional powdered sugar to coat. Gently press 2-3 miniature chocolate chips into each truffle to create the snowman features.

7. Store the No-Bake Snowman Truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Notes

These truffles can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve. For a festive touch, you can also roll the truffles in crushed peppermint or add a small amount of peppermint extract to the filling.
