Description

Indulge in the heavenly combination of creamy Nutella and sweet bananas wrapped in delicate sushi rolls. This easy, no-bake recipe is perfect for a quick snack, dessert, or party appetizer.

Ingredients

– 8 sheets sushi nori (dried seaweed sheets)

– 1 cup cooked sushi rice, cooled

– 1/2 cup Nutella

– 2 ripe bananas, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

Instructions

1. Lay a sushi nori sheet on a flat surface with the shiny side facing down.

2. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of cooked sushi rice in a thin layer over the nori sheet, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.

3. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of Nutella in a thin layer over the rice.

4. Arrange 4-5 banana slices in a line across the center of the nori sheet.

5. Carefully roll the nori sheet tightly around the fillings, starting from the bottom and rolling up towards the top.

6. Wet the top 1-inch border of the nori sheet with water to seal the roll.

7. Repeat steps 1-6 with the remaining ingredients to make 7 more sushi rolls.

8. Slice each roll into 4-6 pieces using a sharp knife.

9. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For a fun presentation, you can drizzle the sushi rolls with additional Nutella or sprinkle with chopped nuts or toasted coconut. These rolls are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
