Ingredients
– 8 slices of bread
– 1/2 cup Nutella
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
– 2 tablespoons butter, for cooking
– Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
1. Lay the bread slices flat and spread 1-2 tablespoons of Nutella on each slice.
2. Carefully roll up each Nutella-filled slice into a tight cylinder.
3. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
4. Melt the butter in a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
5. Dip the Nutella-stuffed roll-ups into the egg mixture, coating them evenly on all sides.
6. Cook the roll-ups in the hot skillet or griddle, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
