Ingredients

– 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled

– 6 sheets phyllo dough

– 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

– 1/4 cup honey

– 1 tsp chili flakes

– 1/4 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp paprika

– 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the crumbled feta, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

3. 3. Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean work surface and brush it lightly with melted butter.

4. 4. Place about 2 tbsp of the feta mixture in a line near the bottom of the phyllo sheet. Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then fold in the sides and continue to tightly roll up the phyllo.

5. 5. Place the rolled feta bundle seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining phyllo sheets and feta mixture.

6. 6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the phyllo is golden brown and crispy.

7. 7. In a small saucepan, heat the honey and chili flakes over low heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.

8. 8. Drizzle the warm chili honey over the baked feta rolls and serve immediately.
