Description

Ingredients

8 oz uncooked pasta (penne, fusilli, or other short pasta shape)

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large bowl, toss the uncooked pasta with the olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper until the pasta is evenly coated.

3. Spread the coated pasta in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, until the pasta is golden-brown and crispy.

5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
