Description

Indulge in the ultimate flavor fusion with this mouthwatering PB & Bacon ‘Tallow’ Burger. The combination of rich, creamy peanut butter and savory, smoky bacon creates an unforgettable burger experience.

Ingredients

– 1 pound ground beef

– 4 brioche buns

– 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

– 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy

– 1 tablespoon tallow (or vegetable oil)

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– Lettuce, tomato, and onion (for topping)

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Form the ground beef into four equal-sized patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

3. Season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides.

4. Melt the tallow (or heat the vegetable oil) in the skillet or on the grill.

5. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

6. Toast the brioche buns on the grill or in the skillet for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden.

7. Spread a generous amount of peanut butter on the bottom bun, then top with the cooked beef patty, crispy bacon, and your desired toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion).

8. Place the top bun and serve immediately.

Notes

For a richer, more indulgent burger, you can also add a slice of cheese, such as cheddar or Swiss. If you don’t have tallow, you can use vegetable oil or butter to cook the patties.
