Ingredients
– 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
– 2 ripe pears, sliced
– 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
– 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp balsamic glaze
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. – Place the flatbread or pizza crust on a baking sheet.
3. – Arrange the sliced pears evenly over the crust.
4. – Sprinkle the crumbled gorgonzola cheese and chopped walnuts over the top.
5. – Drizzle the honey and balsamic glaze over the toppings.
