Description

Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with these irresistible Philly Cheesesteak Sliders topped with a heavenly garlic butter sauce. Juicy steak, melted cheese, and toasted slider buns come together for a mouthwatering experience.

Ingredients

– 1 lb thinly sliced beef steak

– 8 slider buns, split in half

– 8 slices provolone cheese

– 1 onion, thinly sliced

– 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

– 3 garlic cloves, minced

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. – In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sliced onions until softened and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3. – In the same skillet, cook the steak slices until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.

4. – In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, and dried oregano.

5. – Place the slider buns on a baking sheet, cut-side up. Evenly distribute the steak and onions over the bottom buns. Top each with a slice of provolone cheese.

6. – Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.

7. – Remove the sliders from the oven and generously brush the top buns with the garlic butter mixture.

8. – Serve the Philly Cheesesteak Sliders with Garlic Butter warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, try caramelizing the onions before adding them to the sliders. You can also add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce or hot sauce to the garlic butter mixture.
