Description

Indulge in the classic flavors of Philly Cheesesteak with these easy-to-make and oh-so-delicious Philly Cheesesteak Sliders. Tender rolls, melty cheese, and juicy steak come together for a mouthwatering treat that’s perfect for game day, parties, or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

– 1 lb thinly sliced beef ribeye or sirloin

– 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced

– 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

– 1 onion, thinly sliced

– 12 small dinner rolls, split in half horizontally

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. – In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

3. – Add the sliced beef, bell pepper, and onion. Season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

4. – Arrange the bottom halves of the dinner rolls on a large baking sheet. Top each roll with some of the beef and vegetable mixture, followed by a slice of provolone cheese.

5. – Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are lightly toasted.

6. – Remove the sliders from the oven and top with the remaining roll halves.

7. – Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a few tablespoons of sautéed mushrooms or a drizzle of steak sauce to the sliders. You can also use different types of cheese, such as Swiss or American, to suit your preferences.
