Ingredients
– 2 cups pecan halves
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the brown sugar and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
4. Add the pecan halves and stir to coat them evenly in the caramel mixture.
5. Spread the coated pecans onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, separating them into individual pieces.
6. Allow to cool completely, then enjoy the crunchy, caramelized praline bites!
