Ingredients
– 4 slices of bread
– 4 slices of prosciutto
– 2 slices of your favorite cheese (such as provolone or cheddar)
– 2 tablespoons of chili fig jam
Instructions
1. – Lay the bread slices on a clean surface.
2. – Layer the prosciutto slices on two of the bread slices.
3. – Top the prosciutto with the cheese slices.
4. – Spread the chili fig jam evenly on the remaining two bread slices.
5. – Assemble the sandwiches by placing the bread slices with the jam on top of the prosciutto and cheese.
6. – Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
