Ingredients
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup pumpkin puree
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp ground ginger
– 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, divided
Instructions
1. 1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. 2. Add the pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
3. 3. Stir in 1 cup of the graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated.
