Description

Ingredients

– 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

– 6 eggs

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 2 tablespoons chopped bacon

– 1/4 cup chopped onion

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 batch of your favorite bagel dough


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon, onion, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.

3. 3. Divide the bagel dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.

4. 4. Using your fingers, press a well into the center of each dough ball, creating a small bowl shape.

5. 5. Spoon the quiche filling into the center of each dough ball, being careful not to overfill.

6. 6. Pinch the dough around the filling to fully enclose it, forming a stuffed bagel shape.
