Ingredients

– 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

– 1 cup fresh raspberries

– 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped

– 2 tablespoons honey

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the raspberries, chipotle peppers, honey, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the glaze.

3. 3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the glaze.

4. 4. Arrange the chicken thighs, skin-side up, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
