Ingredients

– 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup sugar

– 2 eggs

– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 2 cups fresh raspberries

– 1 package (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips

– 1 cup heavy whipping cream


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. 2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the flour and salt until well combined.

3. 3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with the raspberries and sprinkle with the chocolate chips.

4. 4. In a medium bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the remaining cream cheese mixture.

5. 5. Spread the chocolate-raspberry mixture over the raspberries. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture.

6. 6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semisweet. Garnish with additional fresh raspberries and a dusting of powdered sugar before serving.
