Ingredients

– 2 cups fresh raspberries

– 2 lemons, juiced (about 1/4 cup lemon juice)

– 2 tablespoons chia seeds

– 4 cups filtered water

– 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

– Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

3. 3. If desired, stir in the honey until dissolved.

4. 4. Refrigerate the Raspberry Lemon Chia Seed Water for at least 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and expand.
