Description

Indulge in the ultimate chocolate and peanut butter treat with this Reese’s Peanut Butter Earthquake Cake. A rich, fudgy chocolate cake is swirled with creamy peanut butter and loaded with chunks of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for a decadent and satisfying dessert.


Ingredients

– 1 (15.25 oz) box chocolate cake mix

– 1 cup creamy peanut butter

– 3 large eggs

– 1/2 cup vegetable oil

– 1/2 cup water

– 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

2. – In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, oil, and water. Mix until well blended.

3. – Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. Swirl in half of the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

4. – Pour the remaining batter over the top and swirl in the remaining Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

5. – Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6. – Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.

Notes

For best results, use a chocolate cake mix with pudding in the mix. The peanut butter and Reese’s Cups can be adjusted to personal preference.
