Description

Ingredients
– 1 medium head green cabbage, cut into 1-inch thick slices
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Arrange the cabbage slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Brush the tops of the cabbage slices with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Roast the cabbage for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned and the cabbage is tender.
4. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top the roasted cabbage steaks with the crumbled bacon.
5. Serve the Roasted Cabbage Steaks with Bacon immediately, while hot and crispy.
Notes
