Ingredients
– 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces

– 1 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions

3. – Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
