Description

Perfectly roasted sweet potatoes are a classic, delicious side dish. Caramelized on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these sweet potatoes are packed with flavor and nutrients.


Ingredients

– 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch wedges

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper

– 1 tsp paprika

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until well coated.

3. 3. Arrange the seasoned sweet potato wedges in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

4. 4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until the potatoes are tender and caramelized on the edges.

5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispy potatoes, you can toss them in a bit of cornstarch before roasting. You can also experiment with different seasoning blends to customize the flavor.
