– 3 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, heavy cream, Gruyère, Parmesan, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
